1. Customer Service Level Agreement

We aim to acknowledge all enquiries regarding domain name registration, renewals, or transfers within two (2) working days. we aim to resolve all standard requests within five (5) working days.

2. Abuse Contact

If you wish to report any instance of abuse (such as phishing, spam, or malware) associated with a domain name managed under our TAG, please contact us at the following email address (or using this form) with the subject “Abuse Report – [Domain Name]”

3. Complaints and Escalation

If you have a complaint regarding our registrar services, please contact us via the email above in the first instance. We will investigate and respond within 5 working days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to Nominet (the .uk registry) directly by following the instructions at www.nominet.uk/complaints.
